All employees and sales representatives associated with (my / our office) sign an acknowledgement that they will comply with the requirements of the Privacy Code.

This website is founded on the principles of helping people to discover new information about the real estate market. We know that you care about how your personal information is used and shared, and we take your privacy very seriously. Please read the following to learn more about our privacy policy. This Privacy Policy covers the treatment of personal information that we gather when you are on our websites and when you use our services. This policy does not apply to the practices of third parties that we do not own or control.

INFORMATION COLLECTED

We only collect personal information that is relevant to the purpose of our website, which is to enable users to discover and share information about the real estate market. This information allows us to provide you with a customized and efficient experience. We do not process this information in a way that is incompatible with this objective. Requesting more information: In order for you to use our services, such requesting more information or searching properties you may be required to complete a registration form. 2. Automatic Information:

We automatically receive and record certain “traffic data” on our server logs from your browser including your IP address, cookie information, and the page you requested. We use this traffic data to help diagnose problems with our servers, analyze trends and administer the website.

We may collect and, on any page, display the total counts that page has been viewed. This includes User Profile pages.
Many companies offer programs that help you to visit websites anonymously. While we will not be able to provide you with a personalized experience if we cannot recognize you, we want you to be aware that these programs are available.

API: We will allow authorized third parties access to our listing data in accordance to the listing owners wishes.

Syndication: We allows for the RSS syndication of some of its public content within the website.

With Your Consent: Except as noted above, we will contact you when your personal information is shared with third parties or used for a purpose incompatible with the purpose(s) for which it was originally collected, and you will be able to opt out to prevent the sharing of this information.

We may amend this Privacy Policy from time to time, at its sole discretion. Use of information we collect now is subject to the Privacy Policy in effect at the time such information is used.
